Background
HorseCam is a mobile monitoring solution for watching your horse in both stable and trailer developed by Luda elektronik. It is a wireless horse monitoring package that contains everything you need for mobile monitoring of the horse in both stables and trailers. With the longest possible range (800 m in clear view), night vision optics (15 m), unique usability and easy installation, the horseCam package has become a favourite among horse owners throughout Sweden.

Mission
We were commissioned to develop their video distribution service which allows the customer to view their horse both on their phone and on the website.

Solution
The customer has in-house expertise in Joomla, so the choice of CMS ended up on this so much of the administration can be handled entirely by the customer. Web, payment solution and video distribution are all integrated into the same service, which means that the user of the system can easily get started broadcasting by connecting the camera and immediately start publishing via the website. The system is modular and scalable and is currently used by thousands of farmers around the world.
